Objective : 1. To introduce a framework for the development of effective teams in the operating environment and
2. To develop an understanding of team dynamics
Upon completion : Participants would have –

    • interpersonal skills
    • coaching and listening skills
    • team management skills
  • acquired an understanding and the practice of real life team culture
  • basic preparation as agents of change for continuous and permanent team culture building in the company.
Audience : Participants who are supervisors, managers and team leaders, current as well as future leaders/ supervisors
Methodology : Lecture discussion, self reflections and issue driven assignments.
Duration : 8 days over a 2 - month period.
